Accounts
- Create an account: login.witharosa.ai/sign-up. Verify your email from the link we send, then sign in and approve the connection in ChatGPT.
- Forgot your password: use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. Links expire after one hour; check Spam/Junk.
- Disconnect ChatGPT: remove the Arosa connection from your ChatGPT plugin settings. That immediately stops ChatGPT from calling the tools on your account.
- Delete your account: email us from your account address. We delete the account and its retained evidence and confirm within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.
Common questions
- Which places are covered? New York City today: address and BBL resolution, PLUTO parcel facts, nearby parcels and a released set of NYC and New York sources. The tools say plainly when something is outside coverage.
- Can I rely on the answer to build? No. Arosa is a research aid with citations, not an entitlement determination. Verify against current official text and a qualified professional. See the Terms.
- Why did a source link stop working? Retained evidence is kept for 30 days per account. Run the search again to retain a fresh copy.
- Why was I rate-limited? Each account has hourly tool limits that protect shared upstream providers. Wait for the window to reset and try again.
- Does it cost anything? The Arosa tools for ChatGPT are currently free to connect and use within the request limits.
